Team Tickets will be distributed by the Bournemouth 7s Office approximately 2 weeks before the Festival in May 2017. These will be sent to the address in your team account and MUST be signed for.
The Bournemouth 7s Festival operates a Challenge 25 Policy. If you are lucky enough to look Under 25 then you will have to prove you are Over 18.

Valid NUS card or college/university card
If your child is under the age of 7 years old, they will be able to enter the festival free of charge. If your child is over 7 years old you will have to purchase a Child’s ticket.
Yes, in short:
- You must be accompanied by an adult aged over 21 at all times
- You must be offsite by 7pm
- You cannot camp or purchase alcohol or cigarettes
No, Bournemouth 7s do no offer refunds on Team Entry packages or General Tickets.
The Friday night party is exclusive to players and campers. You will not be granted access if you have a weekend or day ticket.
The biggest queues are between 4pm and 7pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Both the VIP and V.VIP arenas have their own private toilets and will get you queue jump on arrival. VIP tickets will give you access to the VIP Player’s Arena, however V.VIP will also give you access to the V.VIP Lounge where the sporting celebs hang-out and offers table service and private bars.
Yes, you can leave and Re-enter the festival freely until 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
We are working closely with Dorset Police to create a safe festival environment, so we will be operating a Restricted Re-Entry policy between the hours of 5pm – 7pm on Saturday & Sunday.
If you need to leave the festival during this period, you will have to leave ID in exchange for a Pass from the Re-Entry Box Office, which allows you back into the festival.
Are there restrictions on what I can bring into the festival?
Yes, please note the following are not allowed:
- Camping Stoves

- Noz Gas
- Illegal Drugs
- (Formally) Legal Highs
The car park opens at 10am on Friday 26th May and the campsite opens at Midday on Friday and closes on Monday 29th May at Midday.
We recommend that you arrive early on Friday to avoid the queues and make the most of our exclusive Friday Night Player’s Party hosted in the Main Festival Arena from 3pm.

Yes, the Women Only Camping area offers a cosy and safe environment for those ladies who want to be part of the festival atmosphere but have their own space throughout the weekend.
The Women Only Camping Area offers:
- A Secluded, Fenced Off Area in the Main Campsite
- Private Toilets
- Hot Posh Wash Showers
- 24hr Security
This area operates on a first come, first served basis so make sure you arrive early to take advantage of this exclusive area!
